Frequently asked questions — lessons

Do I need to know how to swim?
Yes, knowing how to swim is essential to practise kite, wing or foil safely.
What level do I need for the lessons?
None! Lessons are for complete beginners as well as riders who want to progress. We adapt to your level.
Is there a minimum age or weight?
Age is not a barrier. For kite, we ask for a minimum weight of around 35 kg, needed to handle the kite safely.
What happens if there's no wind?
No wind, no stress: your lesson is simply rescheduled to another date during the year. That's our “Wind guaranteed” promise.
Is equipment provided?
Yes, all equipment is provided and maintained: wing, board, foil, harness, vest…

Who is the Pacasmayo trip for?
For experienced riders who love riding. It's an intense trip, designed for those who want to ride to the fullest.
What level of fitness do I need?
Good fitness is a real plus to make the most of the sessions. But nothing is imposed: you ride at your own pace, and you'll have a great time even when you ease off.
Are flights included?
No, flights are not included. You arrange your journey to the spot as you wish, and we take care of everything on site.
Is equipment provided?
For the trip, you normally bring your own gear. If needed, I have recent F-One equipment that I can include in a personalised quote — just let me know when booking.
